Had the $6.20 beef and mushroom pie. Right temperature not too hot not too cold. Others may have preferred it scalding hot. I had time to write a review as newspapers are available for sale in the pie shop. It was quiet at 830 am Frid morning so I could enjoy some time for contemplation. There were rolls and other sweet delights. I stuck with the pies even though the cholesterol levels are busting above 6. There was a nice salty tang to the pie. Not so peppery. Beef filling was shredded meat and not chunky. I had done a 60 minute upper body workout before this so maybe get another pie. Maybe one of the gourmet ones for more then $7 for a protein hit.

Seoul Ria in Sydney
Supper in Sydney.
Spicy chicken rice hot pot. $17 Trying to add more vegetables to your diet for fibre & vitamins? See below.
7 work colleagues on conference visit to Sydney. Had the bibimbap rice dishes. Didn't have the BBQ or hot pot. It was quiet as late 10 pm dinner. Servings were large and food hot in the stone pots and spicy. Cost $20 per person. There were several accompaniments. One person had extra kimchee. I had the teriyaki eel. Tasty & wished there was more eel to go around.
The side dishes.
Another hot meal for $15. Tofu and vegetables with rice.
Trying to add veges sensibly to your diet?
Some suggestions.
Eat your salad first before the main meal.
Or add chopped greens to your meal.
Sprinkle herbs and veges on your soups or mains.
Try mixing vege sticks with drinks instead only just having salty nuts or chips. Alternate a vege stick with a chip or crisp. Enjoy.

Some simple ways to maintain healthy water works and avoid urinary incontinence from http://www.health.harvard.edu/healthbeat/5-ways-to-dodge-incontinence
1. Don't drink too much tea or coffee at the restaurant as caffeine can make you pass more urine. Go easy on the sweet drinks as nutra sweet and lots of sugar makes you pass water.
2. Watch what you eat. Weight gain puts fat into your pelvic floor muscles possibly weakening the muscles.
3. Avoid smoking as nicotine has been linked to urinary incontinence.
4. Keep active as this will keep your abdominal & pelvic muscles fit and functioning.
5. Try not to strain especially when you are constipated. See your health practitioner on how to overcome this. Too much straining in the toilet may weaken your muscles in the pelvic floor that can cause bladder incontinence.

Fortune Five Perth
Recent addtion to James St restaurants. Sea crabs and other seafood oriental style. Traditional stir fries. In Northbridge.
Stir fried beef with vegetables
Chicken soup
Deserts are limited but you can try for red bean soup or coconut sago with fruit.
Food seems less oily and salty then other restaurants but this maybe a personal taste thing.
