Just got off the plane. Hungry from traveling. Looking for local food in cool suuroundings. Had the spicy tom yam and cream prawns. For dessert had kaya or coconut butter toast and chocolate. Yummy. The prawns were crunchy and delicious. Cafe style dining. Also had delicious barbecue pork. Sweet and savory pork with salad. Attentive staff.

Formosa Vegetarian Eating House Kardinya West Aust
Chicken & veges. Claims that they are linked to Utopia the other vegetarian eatery whose founders are from Taiwan (modern name for Formosa Island)
The BBQ plate. The mock meat is a sandwich of tempeh and some kinda of gelatin? Goes well with the bowl of plain steamed rice in the background.

Tak po Singapore
I had late night dim sum. Big chicken bun, yam cakes and pork congee. Washed down with cold sweet barley water. $12.60
Relatively good prices. $1.5 for the bun. Congee about $5. The drinks $1.6 and yam was $1.5
Too bad they closed the clay pot rice section. Service was a bit patchy as the kind ladies forgot some orders and may have lost some orders. Nice Chinatown bustle and atmosphere.

Ten Ten Kitchen Perth
We were concerned about the curry taking some time to come out. They assured us it was being cooked & not microwaved. The taste maybe not spicy or chili hot enough for some. However, just fine for those less tolerable of chili. Good stop off for a meal anytime you are around the vicinity. It is not a fine dining experience but practical.

Paristanbul Paris
On 16 Rue st Lazare on our daily route from Sacre cour to Galeries Lafayette and the palais du concorde and louvre.
We were looking for pre dinner snack. Turkish fast food restaurant. Ordered the kebabs and chips for £5.5 Large serve. With lots of chicken. Fast service. Seems popular as the whole kebab roast that was made in the morning when we walked by had gone by 6pm when we walked by second time. A must visit if you are staying around Montmartre. A quick artist's lunch? Chips were too quick in frying but they were trying to be helpful.
