We were staying at Meriton Apartments Sydney 72nd floor and decided to look for breakfast. Walking down the road towards Central Train station we found a shop that sold steamed buns and other steamed yum cha type foods for take out.
The BBQ pork buns were $1,50 each. They also sell frozen and steamed pastry without filling - mantou. Menu Below.

Opening times are 8 am to 6 pm 7 days a week. So you can get your dim sum fix daily. maybe get the 1/2 dozen BBQ pork buns to get your glucose hit.
