Noodle time. But try the open Bao (bun). Light & delicate pastry. Chicken. Prawn or Pork filling. $4 or $5 each or $11 for a choice of 3.

The pork noodles can be ordered as firm, medium or soft. The medium consistency was less chewy and suited my taste. The broth was tasty and full of flavour. Pork slices were soft and juicy.
They did not serve hot green tea in summer. A very practical suggestion.
The location was great with lots of evening diners and a friendly crowd. On a Tuesday eveing the wait was about 15 to 20 minutes for a table of 3. It can get very busy so come early. See http://www.ippudo.com.au/
